Privacy notice

PageRanking.io, operated by NPS Holdings LLC, processes account identity, business configuration, website data, verified brand evidence, analytics data and connector credentials to provide automated SEO, AEO and GEO services.

How data is used

Data is used to audit websites, generate governed recommendations and content, deploy approved changes, measure outcomes, prevent abuse and maintain operational records. Connector secrets are encrypted before storage. Raw IP addresses are not stored in security events.

Operational monitoring

The platform owner can review workspace activity, service usage, job outcomes, connection status and billing records to operate and support the service. Authenticated API requests record the service area, HTTP method, response status and time. Request bodies, query parameters, passwords, card details and connector secrets are not included in this activity log. Administrative access is also recorded. This is not keystroke tracking or session replay.

AI processing

When a generative provider is configured, relevant instructions and verified evidence may be sent to that provider to create a requested draft. Generated drafts remain subject to the workspace’s review and publishing controls.

Control and retention

Workspace owners can correct business data, disconnect integrations, roll back supported changes and request deletion. Operational and security records are retained only as needed for service integrity and legal obligations.
