Account access

Access begins after successful payment and account setup. Customers connect their website and configure business knowledge and automation policies before agents can perform meaningful work.

Processing times

Audits and agent jobs begin after the customer starts them or according to the configured schedule. Completion time varies with website size, third-party platform availability, usage limits and required approvals.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must maintain authorized access to connected websites, provide accurate evidence and review actions that require approval. Service interruptions caused by a disconnected integration or external provider may delay delivery.
